The Prewitt Theatre has been located on Main Street in Plainfield, Indiana for nearly a century. In 2020, we worked with the town to help build a vision for the redevelopment of the property. From this vision, we continued to work to RFP the property, identify development partners, create a development agreement, and work on the disposition of the property. In 2023 the Prewitt reopened as a high end restaurant and bar, bringing this legacy property back to use for the community, and creating another exciting quality of life amenity in downtown Plainfield.
